In 2019, Canada supported the resettlement of 30,082 refugees and continues to welcome thousands of refugee families each year to help them build a new life (UNHCR). Displaced and forced to flee their homes, these families have experienced hardship and trauma due to violence, war, poverty, and persecution.  In this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to examine the different factors that impact the mental health of children and youth survivors and how to support their post-migration settlement using an anti-oppressive approach.
